A▼Shipping Policy▼◆Free shipping on orders over $100 USD, under $100 the shipping fee is $15USD To some distant countries, we offer free shipping on orders over $200 USD, for orders under $200 USD, the shipping fee is $30 USD.

B▼OUR CRYSTALS▼ 1️⃣◆Our crystals are 100% real and Consciously Curated. 2️⃣◆All Man made/dyed crystals/glass will be additionally marked. 3️⃣◆All crystals are cleansed and charged before shipping. For towers with hot glue, just soak it in hot water and it will resolve. Please keep in mind that these crystals are products of nature and each one is unique and may have imperfections or natural crack. The actual color and patterns may vary slightly as well. If you are a seeker of perfection, our crystals may not be for you.

▼Delivery ▼ 1️⃣◆The shipping companies we work with are FedEx, DHL, TNT, 4PX, CNE, USPS, ROYAL MAIL, CANADA POST, etc. We will choose the shipping company according to the specific destination and weight.2️⃣◆Processing time: Delivery within 7 days at the latest after payment 3️⃣◆Shipping time: Normally 10-20 workdays, shipping may be delayed because of covid and weather situations sometimes.4️⃣◆Transportation scope: Our global transportation does not include areas involving legal disputes and military bases

We cannot process any refund requests without a valid unboxing video as proof of your received items.◆If there is any issue with your package, please contact us promptly. We generally do not accept after-sales applications for parcels marked as successfully delivered for more than 3 days2️⃣.◆We only handle after-sales claims for damaged items, missing items or wrong deliveries.3️⃣◆We do not accept returns or refunds caused by personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction.4️⃣◆Orders with incorrect shipping addresses or phone numbers are not eligible for refunds.
